Operating Rentals
The Operating Rental is similar to the Full Maintenance Lease in that it is an Operating Expense and shows on the Income Statement, however it does not include any maintenance and tire items.
The benefits are identical to a Full Maintenance Lease, but allows the customer to manage their own maintenance and repairs.
