The Edcot Trust is the property holding entity of the Kempston Group. Currently about 100 commercial, industrial, and farming properties are owned around South Africa and they are either let commercially or used for Group activities.

Peugeot Fourways situated near Monte Casino in Fourways, Johannesburg has long standing been the Group’s flagship property. Built in 2004, this dealership cost over R13 million. Receiving much media attention, the iconic Ponte City building, in the heart of Johannesburg’s central business district, was acquired by The Kempston Group in the mid 90’s and has recently undergone a major refurbishment.
