This is exactly what the South African supply chain sector can look forward to following a recent announcement that Kempston Material Handling is the new distributor of Clark Forklifts.

It’s presence in South Africa gets a substantial boost now that it is represented by Kempston Material Handling division.

Speaking after the landmark announcement, Jonathan Cotterell of Kempston Group explained that the company is giving the Clark brand a new lease of life in South Africa.

Kempston Material Handling head office based in Durban, but with branches in Johannesburg, Cape Town and dealer network throughout South Africa, will be looking to add sale in this popular segment, helped by Clark’s introduction of the GTS range. Says Kempston’s Grant Brehany, “Clark are giving us robust and well-specced machines in the form of the GTS range. The product has been successfully running in other markets overseas for a few years so is tried and tested, and we’re excited about offering it to South African clients”.

The Clark Forklift brand is in sound hands thanks to the support offered by the Kempston Group. “From in-house finance, insurance, leasing, long and short-term forklift rentals, outright purchase as well as a fully-fledged spare parts stocking, Kempston will be covering all the bases. We have the infrastructure and backing to handle any requirements that customers may have.”
