Currently about 100 commercial, industrial and farming properties are owned around South Africa and they are either let commercially or used for Group activities. It is Tony Cotterell’s policy to acquire those properties that he needs to use for Group purposes.
Peugeot Fourways situated near Monte Casino in Fourways, Johannesburg is the Group’s flagship property. Built in 2004, this dealership cost over R13 million.
The iconic Ponte City building, in the heart of Johannesburg’s central business district, was acquired by The Kempston Group in the mid 90’s and has recently undergone a major refurbishment.
